This penthouse was designed by its architect owner. The 2 story indoor space (5th and 6th floors) has incredible light with a wall of windows and skylights and soaring ceilings throughout. You can view the sunrise and sunset and see the clouds passing overhead from the kitchen. The apt has 3 bedrooms with 1 King size bed and 2 queen beds, and an office with a sofa which can be used as an extra bed. Take a walk up to the roof garden (7th floor) and enjoy the views. There are two additional outdoor areas on the 6th floor. This penthouse is an oasis in the city.
Two cleanings are included with the monthly rental.

Summary: We loved everything about our stay. The location is amazing - right in the heart of Soho, minutes from the subway. The apartment is beautifully designed and super comfortable with large rooms, lots of places to sit and a super comfy kitchen. It’s spotlessly clean and well equipped. Cindy is a wonderful host, greeting us personally and taking care of every request. This stay really exceeded every expectation.
